The ‘Treehouses’
Writers in residence are staying in “treehouses”. These residences were designed by architectural firms from various countries to serve as homes-away-from-home for the authors.
The hanging treehouses are suspended as from a canopy, with six overlooking Lake Geneva and the Alps and a seventh facing the Jura mountains. An eighth treehouse is a communal space where residents can cook in the kitchen or relax in the living room.
